Handpans were created by Felix Rohner in Bern, Switzerland in 2000.  The Handpan has a sound so unique it is not like any instrument you have heard before.  It produces beautiful sounds that are tranquil and very relaxing.  

This instrument is made of a high quality stainless steel making it rustproof. 

You can play a Handpan using a variety of striking techniques, giving you a wide range of note changes allowing for some beautiful composition's. 

The different tones that resonate through each strike of the instrument are not only therapeutic to the person playing, but also to your audience.  Many have called the sounds tranquil, bringing much peace and calm to the listener. 

With the Handpan gaining popularity many healing practitioners are using the sounds for meditations and other energy healing.
