What is a sound bath?  A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments including singing bowls, gongs, chimes and more.  During a sound bath, people either lie down on the floor or will be held in a silky material cocoon above the floor.   You will be immersed in sounds from various instruments allowing your brains waves to slow down and shift from a more active state to a relaxed or dreamlike state.  The goal of such experience is to invite deep relaxation so that you may let go of stress, anxiety and other worries.
