Naad Naturals Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with the Naad Naturals product you purchased we want to know. Email us at sheri@naadnaturals.com within 30 days from the date you purchased your product. We will work with you to address your concerns, with either a refund or exchange.Here are the details:
- Products must be returned to us either in its original packaging (bottle/container)You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
- For refunds, once the product is received you will be issued a refund. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.
- For exchanges, We will contact you once the original product is received and make arrangements for the exchange (this may include a price difference)
